You can change your travel dates up to 30 days before your departure if booked by September 30th
If you need to postpone your trip closer to the departure date, and if changes to your trip are Covid-related (e.g. travel ban to the destination), your local expert will help you and suggest similar conditions for your specific trip.
While not all of our over 70 destinations participate in the program, a lot of them have individual, flexible terms and conditions. You can still send your request through and your local expert will inform you of their respective terms and conditions.
If you need to change your dates, you can do so within a 12 months time-frame of the original dates.

We match you with your personal local expert who will craft a bespoke itinerary for you. Our Rough Guides Travel Team will be by your side every step of the way.
STEP 03
Communicate with your local expert through emails or calls to tweak and refine the itinerary until you’re completely satisfied.
STEP 04
Book your trip online with ease. Pay by either Visa or MasterCard and be assured your money is safe with us. Simply pack your bags and enjoy your trip!
