Rough Guides representatives pre-trip were professional, handling questions/requests with courtesy, patience, and promptness. On the actual trip, the accommodations, activities, and related services/service providers (drivers, personal tour guides) met or were above our expectations (to our delight!). Much appreciation to RG for helping to make our landmark celebration amazing!"
